OOSO Autumn BBQ and cycle ride

A date for your diary – Saturday 5th September from 3pm

Venue: our usual and lovely Sawmill barn, Wytham Woods, OX2 8QQ, near to Wolvercote, Oxford.

Details: There’s no need to book, just turn up. This year’s entry fee will be £15 for adults (>16), a small increase on previous years (we’ve not raised the entry fee for 7 years). For children under 16 dining is free, although a discretionary donation would be welcome.

 We now have a contactless card payment facility to take payments on entry, or otherwise pay in advance via our Enthuse funding platform noting your name and the BBQ:  Oxfordshire Oesophageal And Stomach Organisation (enthuse.com) 

Our Trustee Ann Dennis and her famous Ann’s Munchies team will be cooking and serving probably the best BBQ food, salads and delicious puddings you will have ever tasted (since last year’s BBQ!).

There’s free parking at the Barn as usual and you’re very welcome (encouraged) to bring family and friends, but please note dogs are not permitted in the woods.
