Autumn BBQ, Buffet and cycle ride

We'll be hosting our annual BBQ and cycle ride on Saturday 6th September, starting from 3pm at our usual and lovely Barn venue in Wytham Woods Sawmill Yard, Oxford OX2 8QQ, near to Wolvercote, Oxford.

Join us for a delicious BBQ abd buffet provided by Our Trustee, Ann Dennis and her famous Ann’s Munchies team.

There will also be the customary Raffle with Prizes!

Cost is £12.50 per adult (>16) to help cover costs, payable in cash on the day or in advance via our Enthuse funding platform (add gift aid if you can) at:

a small donation will be appreciated for children

Dietary requirements are catered for) and Soft Drinks are included

You're very welcome to bring you own bottle if you wish

No pre-booking is required, just turn up – although it’d be helpful to drop me a line if you can so we can gauge numbers

There’s free parking close to the Barn as usual. Please note dogs are not permitted in the woods

The current plan is that theer will aslo be two optional cycle routes, which will start earlier, for those wishing to get some extra exercise that will end at the venue around 3pm.
