Ann Dennis is Our New Trustee
We are delighted to welcome Ann Dennis as a new Trustee of OOSO.
Many of you will have met Ann in recent years at our quarterly meetings, supplying us with delicious cakes, and hosting the most enjoyable BBQ events at Wytham Woods.
Our hearts and thoughts are with Ann and all her family at this time, having recently lost her loving husband Rob, who we will always remember as a truly inspirational man. Ann will become the fourth pillar of OOSO, joining existing Trustees Nick, Anne and Matt, and supported so well by Jackie, who also warmly welcomes Ann to the fold.

Virtually Meeting Up
Join us on ZOOM for Q&As
- Due to Covid-19 our quarterly meetings have been suspended until further notice
- Instead, we plan to start regular online group meetings using ZOOM
- The first meeting will be scheduled for late September
- The date and theme(s) of the meeting will be advertised beforehand
- Prior to the meeting, we will invite up to 10 questions from our audience
- The questions will be circulated beforehand, protecting the source for confidentiality purposes
- Matt will open the meeting, introducing a guest clinician who will answer the questions you have put to us
- Initially we will limit the numbers joining the session to 30 (when the date is confirmed, book early!)
- ZOOM etiquette requires participants to be on 'mute' throughout, allowing our speaker to answer the questions
- Subject to time, we may invite further questions and comments - meaning the nominated individual comes off mute
- We ask that ZOOM sessions are not recorded, and anything that is said is strictly confidential to us
- The meeting will last no longer than one hour
- Follow-up questions and feedback can be put to Matt via email after the meeting

We thought we'd try this technology rather than have no contact until next year. At least we won't have to worry about the weather or the parking.
